- 70g butter
- 5 eggs
- 20g coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 120g cheddar (or cream cheese)
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Melt the butter and mix well with all of the ingredients apart from the eggs
- Add the eggs, and any other extras (sometimes I add mixed herbs, paprika, tomato paste)
- Bake for 15 minutes in a muffin tray
