- 500g chicken
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 300g tomatoes
- 6 green chillis
Add all of the ingredients to a hot pan.
Cook on high heat for 2 minutes, lower the heat and cover for 10 minutes.
Reduce on a high heat, and add 1 tbsp of butter, some coriander and black pepper.
