- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup of milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup hot water
- Preheat oven to 175
- Mix dry ingredients
- Melt the butter into the pudding dish
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry, mix well, and spoon it into the pudding dish
- Sprinkle the sugar on top, and then the pecans
- Pour the hot water on top
- Bake for 30/40 minutes
