Cinnamon & Pecan Pudding

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup hot water
  1. Preheat oven to 175
  2. Mix dry ingredients
  3. Melt the butter into the pudding dish
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, mix well, and spoon it into the pudding dish
  5. Sprinkle the sugar on top, and then the pecans
  6. Pour the hot water on top
  7. Bake for 30/40 minutes
