- 4 garlic cloves
- 400g lamb mince
- 1 tomato puree carton
- 200g cream
- 2 x chicken stock in 100ml water
- 400g pasta
- 1 bag spinach
- cheese
- Brown mince and boil pasta
- Add garlic to mince, cook for 1 minute
- Add tomato puree, stock and cream. Simmer for 10 minutes
- Add spinach & wilt
- Mix into pasta
- Top with cheese and bake until golden
