Creamy Lamb Pasta

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 400g lamb mince
  • 1 tomato puree carton
  • 200g cream
  • 2 x chicken stock in 100ml water
  • 400g pasta
  • 1 bag spinach
  • cheese
  1. Brown mince and boil pasta
  2. Add garlic to mince, cook for 1 minute
  3. Add tomato puree, stock and cream. Simmer for 10 minutes
  4. Add spinach & wilt
  5. Mix into pasta
  6. Top with cheese and bake until golden
