- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 200g lentils
- 800ml stock
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 lemon juiced
- parsley (fresh or dried) and black pepper to garnish
- brown the onion, carrot and garlic
- add the lentils, salt, stock, turmeric and cumin
- cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, and then blend
- add the lemon juice and garnish
