- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 500g lamb mince
- handful of peas
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 tsp mint sauce
- 1 tsp rosemary
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tbsp flour
- brown onions and carrots
- brown mince with garlic
- add stock, peas, mint sauce, rosemary, salt & pepper
- reduce & add flour
- Top with mashed potato
