Ruth’s Shepherd’s Pie

  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 500g lamb mince
  • handful of peas
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tsp mint sauce
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp flour
  1. brown onions and carrots
  2. brown mince with garlic
  3. add stock, peas, mint sauce, rosemary, salt & pepper
  4. reduce & add flour
  5. Top with mashed potato
