- 500g flour
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup yoghurt
- 1 cup warm water
- Whisk water, yeast, baking powder, baking sofa & salt
- Add yoghurt, and whisk
- Add flour and knead with a dough hook for 5 minutes
- Roll into a ball & split into 10 pieces. Rest for 1 hour.
- Roll each ball out with a rolling pin, rest for 10 minutes.
- Cook on tawa on each side for 30 seconds
- Brush with butter
