The Fluffiest Naan

  • 500g flour
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup yoghurt
  • 1 cup warm water
  1. Whisk water, yeast, baking powder, baking sofa & salt
  2. Add yoghurt, and whisk
  3. Add flour and knead with a dough hook for 5 minutes
  4. Roll into a ball & split into 10 pieces. Rest for 1 hour.
  5. Roll each ball out with a rolling pin, rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Cook on tawa on each side for 30 seconds
  7. Brush with butter
