Ginger, turmeric and apple shots

Ingredients

200g ginger

100g turmeric

750ml apple juice (Check ingredients, make sure its clean)

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 lemons juice

Cayenne pepper (optional)

Method

Blend together until smooth, use cheesecloth and drain. Keeps in fridge for up to a week.
