Ingredients:
•chicken drumsticks or full chicken
•ginger cubes or paste
•Greek yoghurt
2 Onions
2 green chillies
Tinned tomatoes
Quarter block of butter
Seasoning: Salt, Garam masala, chilli powder, ground coriander, ground cumin
Marinate chicken in yoghurt and ginger cubes. Leave for 2 hours or more. I marinate in oven proof man to minimise use of pans/dishes.
Blend onions with tinned tomatoes, green chillies and spices to create paste.
Cook chicken in pan with paste and butter for 30-45 mins
Then bake in oven for hour and serve with thinly sliced potatoes and salad and yoghurt mint chutney 😋
