Ingredients:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- an inch of ginger
- 3 chicken thighs
- 1 carrot diced
- 2 potatoes diced
- Spring onion
- Optional: pasta
- Brown off chicken with garlic and ginger
- Add carrots and potatoes and brown for 2 minutes
- Add water and boil for 15 minutes (add small pasta for the last ten mins)
- Remove chicken, shred and put it back in
- Top with spring onion
