Nadhrah’s Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • an inch of ginger
  • 3 chicken thighs
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 2 potatoes diced
  • Spring onion
  • Optional: pasta
  1. Brown off chicken with garlic and ginger
  2. Add carrots and potatoes and brown for 2 minutes
  3. Add water and boil for 15 minutes (add small pasta for the last ten mins)
  4. Remove chicken, shred and put it back in
  5. Top with spring onion
