Ingredients:
- 1 pack prawns
- 2 eggs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- cooked rice (sushi rice works best)
- chicken stock cube or soy sauce
- spring onions
- white pepper
- sesame oil
Method:
- fry prawns and set aside
- fry eggs and set aside
- fry garlic, add a stock cube/soy sauce, and cooked rice and stir for a couple of minutes
- add the prawns, eggs, spring onions to the pan, season with white pepper and top with sesame oil
