Nadhrah’s egg fried rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack prawns
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • cooked rice (sushi rice works best)
  • chicken stock cube or soy sauce
  • spring onions
  • white pepper
  • sesame oil

Method:

  1. fry prawns and set aside
  2. fry eggs and set aside
  3. fry garlic, add a stock cube/soy sauce, and cooked rice and stir for a couple of minutes
  4. add the prawns, eggs, spring onions to the pan, season with white pepper and top with sesame oil
