Sheet pancake

Ingredients:

  • 250g self raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 free range egg
  • 200mls milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 50g melted butter
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 handful choc chips

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees
  2. Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl.
  3. Whisk the egg, butter, milk and vanilla together and pour into the bowl.
  4. Whisk the mixture together and then add a dollop of yogurt and the choc chips.
  5. Add the mixture to a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake in the oven for around 20 minutes or until the pancake sheet is brown on top.
