Ingredients:
- 250g self raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 free range egg
- 200mls milk
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 50g melted butter
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 handful choc chips
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees
- Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl.
- Whisk the egg, butter, milk and vanilla together and pour into the bowl.
- Whisk the mixture together and then add a dollop of yogurt and the choc chips.
- Add the mixture to a lined baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for around 20 minutes or until the pancake sheet is brown on top.
