Zahrah’s granola

🍯🥭🍓🫐

– 4 cups oats

– 2 cups desiccated coconut

– 1/2 cup chia seeds

– ground cinnamon

– 2/3 cup coconut oil

– 1/2 cup honey

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Melt the coconut oil and honey together.

Add the coconut oil/honey to the mixture.

Make sure all the oats are coated.

Roast for 10 mins at 160c, mix and then put then back into the oven for another 10/15 mins till golden.

You might need to separate the batch, so that the oats roast evenly.
