Ingredients

Red kidney beans

Onion

Olive oil

Bullet chili

1 -2Tomatoes; vine ripened

Tomato paste

Chili powder

Salt

Ground coriander

2 tins kidney beans

Coriander

Method

1, fry onion until soft. Add bullet chilli 

2, add salt and chili powder, stir for a few mins and add splash of water

3, add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft, then add tomato paste

4, add drained kidney beans(keep water from can aside)

5, cook on medium high heat, add ground coriander and keep mixing

6, once oil has risen on sides, add drained water from can and fresh coriander

7, you can adjust consistency by adding boiled water at this point. Depends on if serving with rice or roti.
