Shepherd’s Pie

  • 400g lamb mince
  • 400g beef 
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp thyme 
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 punnet mushrooms 
  • 2 medium carrots, finely chopped 
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée 
  • 1 carton of sieved tomatoes 
  • 4 tbsp Worcester sauce 
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano 
  • 2 stock cubes/pots (chicken or whatever) 
  • 3 tbsp of gravy granules 

Brown onions and carrots, low and slow
Add mince and brown with garlic and thyme 
Add remainder of ingredients (except gravy granules) pressure cook for 5 minutes and then instant release
Add gravy granules to mixture and mix until thickened
Add to pie dish, top with cheesy mashed potato
