1 cup pudding rice
Under a cup of sugar
Gallon of milk
1/3 of a block of butter
Cardamom/cinnamon/saffron
Melt butter in pan, add cardamom
Add washed rice and sugar
Keep stirring until sugar has dissolved and butter is bubbling
Add all of the milk and leave to boil
Once boiled, reduce heat to simmer and occasionally stir to stop rice sticking to bottom
Turn heat off after 30 mins or just before it starts to thicken
Enjoy chilled!
